Terms — draft
The short version, before the real thing.
Ninety is a coaching and self-help tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or a medical device, and it does not replace professional care. If you're in crisis, go to the crisis page now — don't wait on this app.
Who can use Ninety
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up you're confirming that's true.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you tell us. One account per person — sharing logins breaks the personalization the whole product is built on anyway.
Subscriptions and payment
Ninety is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time payment for lifetime access to the full 90-day program. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial from the day you enter payment details; you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at the price you signed up at until you cancel. The one-time payment is a single charge with no recurring billing. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked to your account for as long as your subscription stays active without a gap.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. [Founder: decide and state your refund policy here before this goes live. This draft intentionally does not promise refunds either way.]
Acceptable use
Don't use Ninety to plan or carry out contact with, surveillance of, or manipulation toward another person. Don't attempt to extract, resell, or reverse-engineer the coach's underlying prompts or models. Don't impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are.
Your content
Your journal entries, vault letters, and check-in answers are yours. We store them to run the product for you and don't sell them or use them to train models on other people's behalf. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Disclaimers
Ninety is coaching, not therapy, counseling, medical care, or a crisis service, and makes no claim to treat any diagnosis. It does not guarantee any particular emotional outcome or timeline. The AI coach can make mistakes — use your own judgment, and involve a licensed professional for anything beyond what a coaching product should reasonably handle.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Ninety and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. [Founder/legal: confirm this section against your actual jurisdiction before publishing.]
Ending your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time from settings. We can suspend or end accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above, particularly anything involving harm to another person.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page as the product changes. Material changes affecting billing will be emailed to you before they take effect.
Governing law and contact
[Founder: fill in your company's registered jurisdiction here.] Questions about these terms: [support email].
This page is a founder draft, not final terms — it needs a real legal review before it's treated as binding, and some sections below still have open decisions marked for the founder.
